To obtain the Attributes, open the all network data.xls  file and select the attribute block from the spreadsheet.

Copy it by CTRL-C into the invisible “clipboard.”

Open the Spreadsheet Editor in UCINET and Paste it into the Editor by CTL-V.  Save the file on your hard drive or your flash drive. It will be saved as a UCINET file.
