Registration for the Congress will be handled by Conference and Event Services at the University of California at Davis. Their website also contains the most recent list of registered conference participants. Conference services accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards as well as UC internal recharge as forms of payment.
The registration fee is US$425 if registration occurs on or before April 10, 2002. The fee for registration on April 11th or thereafter is $525. There is a $75 registration fee surcharge for nonmembers of AERE or EAERE. The registration fee includes Congress materials and proceedings, and it covers lunch and coffee breaks on each of the four days of the Congress as well as the Gala Dinner at the Monterey Aquarium.
A reduced registration fee is available for
- registered graduate students, and
- Congress participants from developing countries and emerging economies.
The reduced registration fee for the above is $300 total for registration on or before April 10, 2002, and $400 total for registration on April 11th or thereafter. You can fax your proof of graduate student status to ++1-530-757-7943 immediately after you have registered.
