International Political Economy

Participants review recent research in international political economy to gain insight into the foreign economic policy choices of governments.  Our substantive domain is regulations affecting four types of cross-border flows: trade regulations (the flow of goods), capital controls and exchange-rate policies (financial flows), foreign direct investment policies (the flow and location of production), and environmental policies (the flow of pollutants).
