Home C.V. Courses Research	I am Assistant Professor of Political Science at Temple University. I am also Program Director for the University of California Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation’s Public Policy and Nuclear Threats Program. –•– I teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate level on international relations theory, international security, international organizations and nuclear weapons policy and strategy. My research encompasses a number of issues in applying Principal-Agent Theory to international cooperation on nuclear weapons, including measures of delegation, and threats; international preferences; the importance of biased informational agents; and the problems of international enforcement.
